Dragonfruit Pulp
Our organic Dragonfruit pulp also known as Pitaya is sourced from Nicaragua in central America. The flesh of the red dragon fruit is removed from the skin then crushed and strained smooth. It's frozen at source. The frozen pulp tastes like fresh red dragon fruit and retains its nutritional goodness thanks to being flash frozen quickly after processing and is perfect for making cocktails, smoothies and desserts.
Red dragon fruit offers an array of health benefits. It’s good source of magnesium and contain beneficial plant compounds like Polyphenols, Carotenoids and Betacyanins.
