Jackfruit
We import the Jackfruit from beautiful Kerala in South India and produce our tender Jack range here in Ireland offering two flavours - BBQ and Tex Mex .
Our jackfruit is not pasteurised but is processed under High Pressure giving our customers a long shelf to this health beneficial product. Our tender jack range can be added to pizza , sandwiches, burritos, wraps or with rice as a meat alternative option. Jackfruit is high in fibre and protein.
Coconut
We import certified organic Coconut Milk from tropical Sri Lanka and our cans contain a high 83% concentrate which is perfect for curries and cocktails!
We also offer frozen coconut flesh and desiccated coconut flakes which are very handy when looking to add a bit of coconut essence to any dish.
Saffron
We source our saffron from South Morocco where we work directly with farmers in that region. Because of its location the climate is one of the best conditions for growing saffron meaning its classed as grade saffron A and is of the highest quality. We can offer many different packaging sizes for our saffron.
